With this piece, I wanted to capture a quiet, reflective moment, that space where you're lost in your own thoughts. I built the background with cool, vibrant turquoise tones, using pale blues and light highlights to shape Chloe's features and give the portrait its mood.

To balance those cool tones, I layered warm coral, orange, and cobalt blue underneath. I kept the acrylics textured and expressive, mixing soft, fluid areas with raw, visible brushstrokes so the colors work together to show her inner quietness rather than just a plain likeness.
